Andy Brown has been working in the insurance industry for over 30 years. During that time he has held roles in sales, sales management and senior executive positions in New Zealand and throughout Asia. Andy was based in Hong Kong for eight years, so building an Asian-based distribution team on his return to New Zealand was a natural fit.

Andy has been with AIA FSN for 10 years. In his role as General Manager he develops and executes strategies for business growth.

Jo has worked in sales and marketing for 16 years. Firstly in the education sector and then in insurance. She has been with AIA FSN for six years.

As Third Party Relationship Manager her role is to establish and manage relations with our alliance partners.

As Office Manager she oversees our administration team, general office operations, and AIA FSN’s adviser support function.

She likes to spend her spare time listening to music, watching movies and singing.

Cassandra’s role is to provide sales support and reporting to our management team and advisers.

With a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Statistics, she brings both people-oriented skills and statistical knowledge to her role.

In her free time, you will find her watching movies or cooking delicious food.

Aneel Ravji has over 25 years of experience in financial services distribution, in New Zealand, Hong Kong and India. In New Zealand he has worked for a number of different life insurance companies.

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (concentrating on personal risk management).

Aneel is responsible for compliance and training at AIA FSN.

Jonathan Teck Hin Lim is a certified Financial Planner and has been in the insurance industry for almost 25 years, with 17 years of management expertise. Jonathan has nurtured new advisers to become successful individuals and leaders at AIA FSN.

Jonathan is passionate about the work he does and has a natural love for people.

Navzad joined AIA FSN as an Adviser in September 2013 and was promoted to Unit Manager in March 2015. In November 2016, Navzad became the Senior Unit Manager and currently has one Unit Manager and nine Advisers who report directly to him. Navzad leads his team to deliver quality financial advice to their customers. Navzad won the AIA CEO’s Award in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. He was also a member of the Million Dollar Round Table in 2016 and 2017.

When he is not protecting lives and families, Navzad is on the football pitch refereeing youth football games.

Andy Gill is a competent and highly-skilled financial adviser with a wealth of experience in business operations, mortgage-broking and the insurance industry. Andy has worked in many different countries including Thailand, the United States and Italy. Andy possesses good interpersonal relationships skills, as well as excellent communications and analytical skills. To complement his stellar performance Andy has received awards for excellence in sales and business development.

Andy is currently a member of the Million Dollar Round Table

Murray has been with AIA FSN Ltd for over eight years. Previously he held senior advisery roles and agencies with many of New Zealand’s leading financial services companies. Murray joined the industry in 1972 and took up his first independent agency in September 1976 with South British Life (now Sovereign Assurance).

Murray has received many awards and held both national and international positions during his time in the industry. Murray is focused on developing a team of specialist advisers throughout New Zealand, who he trains and mentors.

Nek Mohammed (AAMI, RFA) is a Unit Manager and Executive Insurance Adviser. Nek has been with AIA FSN for eight years, where he is responsible for recruiting, training and inspiring existing and new advisers to produce excellent results. Nek's motto is “service.” He says this is the key to success.
